I was born into a Christian family, and at 14, I accepted Christ as my personal savior. Growing up, my love for Christ deepened, leading me to join the worship team at the International Christian Center (ICC) Nairobi, where I currently serve passionately. My zeal for God remains strong. In 2022, I graduated with a BSC in Information Technology from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Currently, I'm pursuing a professional diploma in software engineering, leveraging my prior experience in technical support. Since 2019, I've been involved in PEER Commissioned ministry as a PEER Teen, and the wider activities. I have had the privilege of receiving a Social Entrepreneurship Grant of $100, using it to empower teenage girls in slum areas, through a jewelry-making project. This endeavor allowed me to share the gospel and guide them into the world of fashion and design. My vision is to help young people discover their identity in Christ through the PEER Teens program. This mission is close to my heart, and I find fulfillment in empowering the youths. Among her key tasks include to facilitate and direct the PEER Teens program and prayer focal person, with specific responsibilities as outlined for her. Also, Beryl represents at the Education Committee - the views of PEER Teens with regards to the PEER Scholars opportunities, and assist to identify and recommend needy but deserving young upcoming leaders for the PEER Scholars opportunities. Additionally, she works closely with/and support program coordinators at grassroot levels (in Homa Bay at the moment), and other parts of the country as we may grow
